Compliance Monitoring Assistant

Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and undertaking compliance monitoring in accordance with the task driven schedule outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Programme. Tasks to include ensuring that compliance monitoring testing is completed in a timely manner and accurately record all findings in the Compliance Monitoring Action Log, escalating material findings and trends to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner ensuring an understanding of the requirements to remediate and further supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager in developing and maintaining compliance monitoring programme. Applicants must have knowledge of regulatory and/or law society requirements and AML/CFT legislation; experience of Client Due Diligence on-boarding requirements and preferably in a law firm environment.
