Head of Compliance (Key Person)

Our client seeks a Head of Compliance to identify regulatory and AML/CFT risks posed to Jersey entities/clients and to create a compliance framework to enable Directors/employees to operate in accordance with relevant laws, rules and regulations. Duties will include acting as MLRO/MLCO/CO, serving as a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and attending New Business Committee meetings. The successful candidate will hold relevant professional qualifications and have a technology driven mindset.
