This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client, and Corporate Services in a varied front-of-house and administrative role. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors, and supporting internal teams with a range of administrative tasks. The role is offered on a full-time or reduced hours basis (minimum 28 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday). Daily start time is 9am, and the role holder must be available to cover holidays and staff absences. Key duties include; Reception and visitor management, post and delivery coordination, document processing, and facilities support. Candidates should be proactive, well-organised, and committed to delivering high service standards across multiple functions.
