Little Big Brew Co. is on the lookout for a friendly and reliable part-time taproom staff member to join our team. We're a growing microbrewery with a passion for great beer and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
•Open and close the taproom, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
•Serve top-quality drinks (primarily beer) and provide an exceptional customer experience.
•Manage cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
•Maintain a clean and tidy bar and seating area throughout your shift.
•Engage with customers to share your knowledge of our beers and recommend products.
•Restock fridges and maintain inventory as needed.
Skills and Experience
•Previous experience in a bar, pub, or taproom is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
•A passion for craft beer is highly desirable.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
•Honest, reliable, and punctual.
•Due to the nature of the work, this position can only be eligible for over 18 year olds.
Hours and Compensation
•Hours: Thursday to Saturday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
•Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (up to £16 per hour for the right candidate), to be discussed based on experience.
