Purpose of the Role
This hybrid role is split over two areas of the Plumbing and Heating section. The counter duties are focused on providing support to the Supervisor and team to raise customer service levels, promote and sell products. In addition the role will assist within the warehouse to understand stock storage and management and assist with ensuring the efficiency and general housekeeping of the area.
Essentials Skills and Knowledge
Sales and customer service experience.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and independently
Works in a professional manner at all times
Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems
Basic commercial awareness
