This senior opportunity is ideal for an experienced accountant who enjoys complex reporting and wants to play a key role in delivering first-class financial reporting to private equity clients.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements under GAAP and IFRS.
- Managing investor distributions, calls, and reconciliations.
- Overseeing fund reporting and liaising with auditors, tax teams, and compliance.
- Producing management fee and carried interest calculations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on fund accounting and reporting.
Skills / Qualifications
You'll be ACA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) with strong fund accounting experience, ideally across private equity or alternative investments. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of UK, US, and Lux GAAPs and systems such as Investran will be advantageous.
