This temporary position offers the chance to work closely with the Chief Risk Officer, providing essential administrative and governance support within a busy Risk Function. If you enjoy structure, detail and problem-solving, this 6-month fixed term contract role will suit you well.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Streamlining administrative processes and maintaining Risk SharePoint sites.
  • Improving document control, version management and internal record-keeping.
  • Coordinating annual planning, calendars and task management using MS Planner.
  • Managing the CRO's diary, inbox, scheduling and key deadlines.
  • Preparing agendas, collating reports and producing governance packs.
  • Taking meeting minutes, tracking actions and following up outstanding points.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for the CRO and handling confidential information.
  • Preparing briefing notes, presentations and management information.
  • Supporting ongoing initiatives and identifying efficiency improvements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting a senior leader, ideally within financial services or professional services. They will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. Strong MS365 skills - particularly SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and MS Planner - are essential. Excellent communication, discretion and a calm, reliable approach are key to success in this role.
