Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Responding promptly to client queries by phone, email and in person.
- Supporting client onboarding and monitoring the account opening process.
- Assisting clients with their online portal access and navigation.
- Liaising with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth handover.
- Preparing and delivering client reports.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assisting with reception cover when required.
- Attending client events, including some out-of-hours commitments.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be diligent, friendly and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service. They will be confident communicating with people at all levels, comfortable problem-solving, and able to take ownership of tasks. Strong IT literacy, accuracy and a proactive approach are essential, along with curiosity and a positive attitude towards feedback and development.
