Financial Business Partner – Group Services, Guernsey or Jersey

A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a Financial Business Partner to support strategic planning, provide financial insight, and help drive performance across the business. This role is open for candidates who are either based in Guernsey or Jersey. About the Role • Provide financial analysis, modelling and insight to support decision-making. • Lead budgeting, forecasting and business case development. • Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. • Strengthen financial controls, systems and reporting processes. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. What You’ll Bring • Minimum six years’ relevant experience. • A-Level education or equivalent. • Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA or equivalent). • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. • A proactive approach and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
