A well-established financial and fiduciary services provider is seeking to recruit two Senior Trust & Company Administrators on a permanent basis, based in its Guernsey office. The organisation delivers bespoke trust, company and wealth structuring services and is known for building long-term, multi-generational client relationships. The Role This role is suited to a STEP or ICSA qualified professional joining a busy private client team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, delivering an exceptional standard of client service. Key Responsibilities • General administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies • Bookkeeping and statutory work, including minutes and trust instruments • Liaising with clients, intermediaries and external institutions • Processing payments, distributions, invoices and investments • Purchase and sale of assets, including property and investments • Maintaining up-to-date client due diligence (CDD) • Reviewing client reports • Undertaking additional duties as required by management Skills, Experience & Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trust & Company Administration • STEP or ICSA qualification • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and adapt to changing requirements • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
