We are seeking a Junior Fund Administrator to support fund operations, including shareholder transactions, fund valuations, and regulatory reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the collection and review of shareholder CDD and account opening documentation. Support the processing of shareholder deals and trade orders. Help prepare and check fund valuations using AcuFund. Assist in reviewing trade recommendations and liaising with custodians. Support shareholder communications, fee payments, bank reconciliations, and dividend processing. Aid in regulatory reporting, FATCA/CRS submissions, and administration reports for Board Packs. Maintain internal spreadsheets, AML documentation, and monitor investment emails. Assist auditors, compliance, and project work as required. Requirements: 1-3 years’ experience in fund administration or related field. Numerate with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively. ICA or Guernsey Offshore Certificate is desirable but not essential.
