Role This position sits within a client-facing team, supporting the administration of a defined portfolio of clients. The role involves working with a high degree of autonomy, while also supporting senior management with day-to-day client administration and assisting in the development of junior team members. Key responsibilities • Manage and administer a portfolio of clients in an efficient, accurate and timely manner • Liaise with financial institutions regarding investment transactions and settlement instructions • Assist with the formation of companies and establishment of new trust structures • Support the Finance and Accounting team with payment processing and bookkeeping oversight • Maintain statutory records and ensure client data is accurate and up to date • Liaise with internal teams, clients, third parties and professional intermediaries • Carry out periodic client reviews in line with regulatory requirements • Act as a ‘B’ signatory where required • Support, train and supervise junior members of the team • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and governance standards • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and complete required CPD Person specification • A relevant professional qualification (for example STEP, ICSA, CAT) or working towards • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience within fiduciary or trust administration • Strong attention to detail and a professional approach • Experience using document management systems and payment platforms • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels • A proactive and self-motivated approach What’s in it for you? • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work within a professional and collaborative environment • Ongoing training and support towards professional qualifications • Exposure to a varied and interesting client portfolio How to apply / more information
