Compliance Analyst/Senior Compliance Analyst

Join a well-established fiduciary business within a key compliance role supporting regulatory excellence. This position offers exposure to monitoring, governance and risk management across the organisation. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Supporting and maintaining the compliance monitoring programme. Conducting testing and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. Supporting governance processes, including committee coordination and reporting. Assisting with board reporting and compliance documentation. Undertaking sanctions screening and maintaining registers. Supporting updates to policies, procedures and compliance frameworks. Monitoring regulatory updates and identifying required actions. Providing compliance support across the business. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a compliance or risk-based role and a good understanding of the regulatory environment. A relevant qualification such as ICA (or equivalent) is desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
