We’re seeking a Customer Engineer to join a premier telecoms provider on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. In this varied, field-based role you’ll install and resolve faults on fibre and copper leased lines, private circuits, data and voice services for residential and business customers. You’ll be confident working at heights, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. A telecoms engineering background is an advantage, but full training will be provided for candidates who can demonstrate a willingness to learn. You’ll need a category B driving licence and be prepared to join an out-of-hours callout rota, including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
