Our client is a well-established international life insurance provider, offering investment and policy-based solutions to a global client base. The business operates within a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational efficiency and compliance. Role This is a client-facing administrative role within the Unit Linked Operations team, supporting customers with a range of policy servicing requirements. The role involves handling client instructions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Key responsibilities • Support customers with policy servicing requests including premium changes, switches, surrenders and general queries • Communicate professionally with clients, intermediaries and internal teams via telephone and email • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout • Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date • Carry out client due diligence and KYC reviews in line with AML requirements • Adhere to legal, audit and regulatory standards at all times • Prioritise workload effectively and manage outstanding tasks • Assist with operational improvements and process enhancements • Support the delivery of projects and testing of systems where required • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures Person specification • Previous experience within a customer service or administrative role (financial services desirable) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good time management and ability to prioritise workload • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications • Understanding of AML, compliance or regulatory requirements (desirable) • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) • A proactive and organised approach What’s in it for you? • Opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team • Exposure to a regulated financial services environment • Ongoing training and support, including professional qualification opportunities • Varied role with both customer interaction and operational responsibilities How to apply / more information
