Join a high-performing fiduciary team working with a select portfolio of globally recognised families. This role provides a unique blend of client contact, technical administration and cross-border exposure. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures within a global family office environment. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, advisors and internal stakeholders. Preparing and executing minutes, resolutions and authorised documentation. Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial and client records. Reviewing financial statements and supporting financial oversight activities. Attending client and advisor meetings and supporting relationship management. Ensuring all structures comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identifying and managing fiduciary risk, escalating issues where appropriate. Maintaining accurate documentation and records for each client relationship. Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to team initiatives. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a fiduciary or trust administration role, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth or family office clients. A professional qualification such as STEP or CGI (or progress towards) would be advantageous. They will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Experience working with complex structures and interacting with demanding clients is highly desirable. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-focused and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
