Director, Trust & Corporate

An ambitious and growing international financial services group is seeking a Director, Trust & Corporate to join its Guernsey office. This is a senior leadership role combining client relationship management, fiduciary oversight, and business development, with a clear focus on driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the business. Responsibilities include: Overseeing a portfolio of client entities, providing fiduciary guidance and ensuring high-quality administration and service delivery Building and developing client and intermediary relationships while actively contributing to new business generation and growth strategies Leading, mentoring and developing teams, ensuring strong performance, engagement and adherence to regulatory and internal standards Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and potential acquisition opportunities You should hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, ACCA or ICSA), together with significant experience within the fiduciary sector. You should also have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, proven leadership capability, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
