Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will support the delivery of construction projects, preparing cost estimates, analysing tenders, and advising on procurement strategies. They will also carry out value engineering exercises, identify commercial risks, manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial reports. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor accounts, administering contracts, and negotiating contract variations.
