Service Delivery Support Officer

The States of Guernsey are looking for a Service Delivery Support Officer to join the Digital & Technology team. The post holder will be expected to coordinate day-to-day service activities, monitoring performance metrics and SLAs, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with service transitions from project to Business as Usual (BAU). The role also contributes to reporting, collaborates across teams to resolve issues, identifies opportunities for process automation and improvement, and ensures accurate record-keeping of service activities and requests.
