Analyze and process payment transactions across multiple types, including domestic and international transfers. Investigate and resolve exceptions and disputes in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams and external counterparts. Maintain accurate documentation of payment processes and procedures, and support the implementation of new systems and process improvements.
