Operational Risk Manager

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework, facilitating risk assessments with business units and support functions, and supporting independent oversight and challenge of operational risks associated with Private and Transactional Banking products and payment services. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across all levels in the organisation to introduce efficiencies and enhancements through the use of AI and data analytics.
