Employment Support Officers

Supports disabled and neurodiverse individuals in securing and maintaining employment, providing guidance, advice, and resources as needed. Identifies job opportunities, assists with applications and interviews, and offers ongoing support to ensure successful integration into the workforce. Collaborates with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs and activities that promote employability skills and career development.
