Senior Cloud Engineer

This role involves providing hands-on support across 1st to 3rd line issues for client environments, managing hybrid infrastructure (on-premise servers, Azure, Microsoft 365), supporting identity and access management platforms, and collaborating with clients to improve their IT environments. The successful candidate will provide technical support via helpdesk, remote tools, on-site visits, and escalate complex issues while maintaining accurate records.
