Trust Manager

Lead a team of administrators, manage a portfolio of trust and company structures, and contribute to the development of internal processes and service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, delegate workloads, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support training, development, and performance management within the team, and prepare management information for senior leadership.
