Legal Counsel

Act as primary legal adviser to local boards on fiduciary, regulatory and governance matters, providing practical legal advice to senior management and business teams. Review contracts and support commercial and strategic business matters. Identify and escalate material legal risks and manage external counsel where necessary. Prepare legal reports and contribute to Board and committee papers.
