Perform a variety of hands-on tasks in an outdoor setting, including boat operation, grounds maintenance, and basic building work. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and have previous boating experience. A Powerboat Level 2 qualification is advantageous but not essential for the trainee role.
