Compliance Manager, Guernsey

Provide day-to-day direction to the Compliance team, monitor regulatory developments, and assess their impact. Coordinate regulatory requests and returns, prepare compliance reporting, and review compliance risks and controls to recommend improvements. Support regulatory and AML-related projects, including CDD and client risk assessments.
