Oversee strategic growth, operations, and financial performance of a KBB business in Guernsey. Manage showroom retail, island logistics, subcontractor management, and local regulatory compliance. Develop relationships with local stakeholders, monitor property trends, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Coordinate trade subcontractors and manage freight shipping timelines. Work 35 hours/week, 9am-5pm, with 20 days paid annual leave and 25 days accrued holiday.
