CHEF DE PARTIE - FAT RASCAL Modern Brasserie | Big Flavours | Creative Cooking Fat Rascal is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We're a neighbourhood brasserie with a focus on bold flavours, quality ingredients, and creative seasonal dishes — from brunch favourites to refined comfort food and modern plates. We want someone who loves cooking, takes pride in presentation, and wants to grow within a creative environment.
