Accounting Our client is seeking a skilled Corporate & Fund Accountant to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role will involve managing financial reporting and analysis for a variety of corporate and fund structures. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial operations, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. Job Duties:
Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards. Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analytical support to identify trends and variances. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage reconciliation processes for accounts and investment portfolios. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries effectively.
Job Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong understanding of financial principles. Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within corporate finance or fund accounting. Excellent analytical skills with heightened attention to detail. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
