A dynamic and highly experienced fund administration business are seeking to appoint a Company Secretary.

In this role you will be responsible for providing company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.

The role will include ensuring compliance and corporate governance codes, principles of best company secretarial practice, Guernsey Registry’s filings, liaison with other jurisdictions registered agents regarding registry findings and ensuring our client’s policies and procedures are adhered to.

Our client is seeking a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience working as a Company Secretary, with knowledge of the local regulatory framework, as well as being ICSA qualified (or similar).

You will need to be an organised self-starter, with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent communication skills, alongside strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
