Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the organisation and administration of Board and Fund meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action points.
- Acting as a key liaison with directors, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and governance.
- Overseeing statutory filings, records, and registers across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the establishment of new corporate entities and ensuring compliance with corporate governance frameworks.
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional with a proven background in company secretarial or fund administration work at manager level or above. Excellent organisational and communication skills, discretion, and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders are essential. Strong business writing skills and the ability to lead improvements in governance processes will set you apart.
