IT Application Engineer

We are seeking an IT Applications Engineer to join a Managed IT team, providing outstanding support and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and managing IT and email security services, including Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, Intune, EMS, SharePoint, Teams, and Mimecast. You’ll support enterprise client projects, troubleshoot issues, mentor SOC staff, and maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Hands-on experience with networking, Citrix, and IT security tools is essential, with relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous. You will operate in a regulated, professional environment, with a focus on compliance, data protection, and continuous learning, helping clients achieve efficiency, security, and seamless IT operations.
