Compliance, Risk Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrator, Compliance Support, to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Guernsey or Jersey and offers an exciting opportunity to work within a significant compliance function. The role is essential in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. By leveraging innovative approaches, you will enhance internal controls and help manage risks effectively, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and contributing to the firm’s success. Job Duties:

Support the Compliance team in driving process change and transformation. Contribute to the review and updating of policies and procedures. Gather and analyse information for compliance reporting and data management, including monthly reports to the Risk & Quality Committee. Sustain execution of compliance monitoring activities as per the Compliance Monitoring Plan. Assist with maintaining Compliance Registers and Records, including logs for breaches and regulatory correspondence. Support the review of PEP, sanctions, and adverse news escalations within the Client Acceptance process. Maintain and update the firm’s SAR Register, aiding the MLROs with suspicious activity reporting. Facilitate independence and ethics compliance confirmations and scheduled monitoring activities. Assist in managing compliance projects and support training and communication initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities for stakeholder engagement. Attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work. A keen interest in technology and learning, with an enthusiasm for applying unique perspectives to projects. Reliable and proactive, capable of balancing independent work with effective communication with leadership.
