Office Administration, Reception Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to become an integral part of their professional administration team. This role is pivotal as it entails being the first point of contact for both telephone and onsite visitors, thereby setting the tone for the client’s commitment to excellence and care. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across all business areas under the direction of the Head of Business Support. This is a full-time position, with hours typically from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Job Duties:

Greet visitors and clients professionally, notifying staff of arrivals and offering refreshments where appropriate. Answer and manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed. Organise transport, including taxis, and manage confirmations and records. Maintain the visitor register and issue day passes as required. Provide high levels of service to all internal clients and accommodate reasonable requests. Schedule meetings, book appropriate rooms, and manage meeting refreshments and in-house luncheon bookings. Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and welcoming at all times. Open and close the building doors at the beginning and end of each day. Provide cover for the Facilities Manager regarding post and couriers. Organise and coordinate events, including training sessions and corporate networking events, liaising with hospitality providers. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as necessary. Provide administrative support to various business functions as required.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A high standard of personal presentation. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
