This is a hands-on admin role within the Client Services team, offering exposure to a wide range of asset classes and clients around the world.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Provide administrative support to a portfolio of trusts and companies
⭐ Draft simple letters, resolutions, and spreadsheets
⭐ Assist with payment processing and cheque requests
⭐ Liaise with clients, advisors, and related third parties
⭐ Support client research projects and internal reporting
What you’ll bring:
⭐ 2 years’ experience in financial services (trust preferred)
⭐ Strong academic background (A-levels preferred)
⭐ Numerate, accurate, and highly organised
⭐ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⭐ Interest in pursuing a STEP qualification
