This role involves administering a small portfolio of fund structures while acting as the first point of contact for allocated clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating legal, tax, and professional advisers, maintaining operational procedure manuals, attending and minuting board and shareholder meetings, and overseeing the timely preparation, review, and filing of financial statements in line with regulation. The position also requires acting as a B-level signatory, assisting with billing and aged debtor management, supervising and developing staff, and participating in appraisals. Candidates should have at least four years’ financial services experience, hold a relevant professional qualification, and possess strong technical knowledge, some people-management experience, and evidence of managing client relationships.
