Trainee Accountant, Funds - Guernsey

A Guernsey based, family-owned independent Fiduciary and Fund administration business specialising in the Venture Capital world, is seeking to appoint a Trainee Fund Accountant. You will have either just completed your A Levels / University education, and you will be a self-starter with the ability to pick up work accurately and under pressure, with excellent communication, team-work and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships. Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills are essential. The Trainee Fund Accountant undertakes bookkeeping, accounting and reporting for a portfolio of active Venture Capital funds. The Trainee Fund Accountant will be expected to assist with the preparation of accurate well-presented client deliverables within agreed deadlines in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Fund.
