A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in Superyacht management with a variety of yacht and crew based services, as well as the commercial shipping sector. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of crew employment and payroll functions, while providing direct support to the Crewing Manager. This includes covering administrative responsibilities during absences, reviewing and checking team output, and responding to internal queries.
You will also play a key role in training and supporting junior team members, as well as checking and approving crew documentation and payroll. The role requires flexibility to travel when necessary and to coordinate crew travel arrangements in support of existing client relationships.
This position would suit a candidate with strong transferable skills gained within HR or the marine industry, with a minimum of three years experience in a Senior Crewing Administration role. You will have a solid understanding of seafarer employment law and best practice.
