Provide day-to-day support for crew employment and payroll across a portfolio of yachts, working closely with owners, captains and crew in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer crew contracts, payroll and social security obligations
⭐ Maintain accurate crew records and documentation
⭐ Liaise regularly with owners, captains and crew on employment matters
⭐ Ensure crew certification, insurance and regulatory compliance
What you’ll need:
⭐ A-Level education or equivalent
⭐ Client-facing experience
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Confidence working to deadlines
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
⭐ Yachting experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
