This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) with private equity or fund experience, strong UK GAAP knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports and quarterly capital account statements
- Calculating carried interest, management fee waivers, and distributions
- Liaising with auditors and respond to investor queries
- Reviewing accounting work and support wider operational functions
