Caretaker PT 15hrs

CARETAKER REQUIRED Job Duties Ensure all minor maintenance tasks are completed and/or reported to the Centre Manager as appropriate. Up keep of external areas Opening up of Centre building and closure of buildings at set times daily. Ensure wash areas and toilet areas are replenished regularly and kept clean and tidy. Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries etc. Maintain safe conditions and safe working practices within all facilities. Adhere to company and statutory health and safety procedures and policies. Ensure all fire signage and equipment is legally compliant and monitored including weekly fire alarm tests. Ensure the defibrillator is tested fortnightly and monitored. Upkeep of grounds and gardens Any other duties required by the Centre Manager.
