The role involves managing and coordinating the daily administration of trusts and companies, taking full responsibility for assigned mandates. You will maintain and develop relationships with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders, including occasional travel, and take fiduciary decisions within company guidelines. The position also includes coordinating mandate-specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, and other professionals, overseeing the administrative, financial, and database aspects of mandates, and providing technical support to junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering trust and company structures, a STEP or ICSA qualification, and a strong fiduciary background. They should be client-focused, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks independently, with strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach.
