Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Client Services Executive. This role involves managing, supervising, and coordinating the daily administration of trusts and companies, taking full responsibility for assigned mandates. The position is based in Guernsey and may require some travel. The successful candidate will maintain and develop personal contact with clients, advisors, and other related parties, while providing technical support to junior team members. Job Duties Manage and supervise the daily administration of trusts and companies, taking full mandate responsibility Maintain and develop personal contact with clients, advisors, and related parties, including travel as necessary Make fiduciary decisions on assigned mandates within company guidelines Coordinate mandate-specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents, or consultants Oversee and control the administrative aspects of assigned mandates, including financial, accounting, and database reviews Provide technical support and guidance to more junior team members Job Requirements 2 to 5 years’ experience in the administration of trust and company structures STEP or ICSA (part) qualified, with a solid fiduciary background Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in a private banking or fiduciary environment Strong focus on customer service excellence Analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and act independently on mandates Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to a high standard Reliable, conscientious, and professional Good communication skills and a team player Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership
