Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive temporary Tax Administrator to join their team for a temporary period of 6 to 9 months, covering maternity leave. The position, based in either Guernsey or Jersey, involves supporting the tax management team with essential operational and administrative tasks that contribute significantly to the firm's success. You will play a key role in client onboarding, liaising with clients, supporting financial management activities, and assisting in the preparation and formatting of deliverables. Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills are essential for this role. Job Duties Assist the tax department with new client onboarding and continuity processes, including the initial drafting of required internal documents. Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, review it, and pass it to the Client Assessment Team. Provide support with financial management processes as required. Assist with the formatting of deliverables when needed. Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to understand and interpret information provided by clients. Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in an office-based role, such as a personal assistant or administrator. Ideally have client due diligence experience (preferred but not essential). Willingness and eagerness to learn.
