This role is responsible for dealing with customer queries, scheduling of reactive works, data entering, and providing reception cover as required.
This position also requires the successful applicant to complete of a wide variety of administrative tasks, filing and updating financial spreadsheets so will provide a great range of accomplishments to enhance your skillset.
Our ideal candidate will have have excellent organisational skills, solid Google Workspace and IT administration knowledge, pay great attention to detail and the flexibility to meet deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience of working within a property management or facilities environment would be a bonus.
