Support department operations, develop junior colleagues, and deliver high-quality service to members and stakeholders. Review and assess listing applications, manage workflows, report on capacity planning and service delivery targets. Build strong relationships with members, handle enquiries and provide system demonstrations. Contribute to process improvements, risk controls, team development, and regulatory decision-making. Requires strong financial services experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex information under pressure.
