Advises on HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and the Employee Handbook. Resolves employee relation issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases. Supports significant annual HR processes, secondments, and induction sessions for new joiners. Handles discussions related to parental leave, retirement, and performance issues, as well as exit interviews. Oversees trainee induction programme and collaborates with recruitment team.
