Customer Service Executive

Communicate with clients to resolve queries, execute call-backs, and assist with new client onboarding. Process payments, execute trades, and set up online banking. Identify opportunities to sell products and services. Collaborate with departments to deliver excellent customer service. Participate in training and projects as needed.
