Supports Offshore Client Real Estate team in analysing and managing lending transactions. Builds financial models and cash flow forecasts to inform lending decisions. Prepares credit papers, term sheets and assists with loan structuring. Analyzes new opportunities and financial performance, as well as property due diligence. Manages existing loan portfolios and liaises with internal teams, clients and advisers throughout the process.
